Redukcja pojedyńczej i złożonej arytmii komorowej w ostrej fazie zawału serca w przebiegu stosowania bezpośredniej hipotermii serca — badanie na modelu zwierzęcym
Kardiol Inwazyjna 2020;15(3):154-157.
Streszczenie
Okołozawałowe arytmie komorowe mogą być przyczyną pogorszenia
stanu klinicznego pacjentów, czasami wymagają
przedłużonej hospitalizacji na oddziale intensywnego nadzoru
kardiologicznego, a także leczenia zabiegowego. Mechanizmem
prowadzącym do ich wystąpienia jest głównie zjawisko
re-entry, rzadziej dyspersja repolaryzacji. Farmakologiczne
i niefarmakologiczne postępowanie w przypadku takich arytmii
obejmuje stosowanie beta-adrenolityków, amiodaronu,
lignokainy, kardiowertera-defibrylatora, ablacji oraz modulacji
neuroosiowej w przypadku burzy elektrycznej. W prezentowanej
pracy przedstawiono wpływ bezpośredniej hipotermii serca
(DHH) na artmie komorowe towarzyszące ostrej fazie zawału
serca u świni.
