Nowe badania w kardiologii interwencyjnej — czy zmienią codzienną praktykę kliniczną?

Streszczenie
Niedawno zakończył się Kongres Europejskiego Towarzystwa Kardiologicznego (ESC), na którym przedstawiono pięć nowych wytycznych dotyczących: 1) cukrzycy, stanu przedcukrzycowego oraz chorób układu sercowo-naczyniowego, 2) dyslipidemii, 3) ostrej zatorowości płucnej, 4) częstoskurczów nadkomorowych oraz 5) przewlekłych zespołów wieńcowych. Przedstawiono także wyniki szeregu nowych badań klinicznych. W pracy omówiono badania: COMPLETE, EVOPACS, HiSTORIC, ISAR-REACT 5, MITRA-FR, NZOTACS, POPULAR AGE, RAPID-TNT, THEMIS, THEMIS-PCI oraz TRANSIENT.
