Zminimalizowane krążenie pozaustrojowe (MiECC) w kardiochirurgii — wskazania do zastosowania i technika operacyjna
Streszczenie
Krążenie pozaustrojowe pozostaje „złotym standardem” wykonywania operacji w większości procedur kardiochirurgicznych. Zminimalizowane systemy do krążenia pozaustrojowego (MiECC) stają się bardzo ważnym narzędziem w kardiochirurgii. Rozwijająca się technologia poprawia biokompatybilność komponentów systemów krążeniowo-sercowych, minimalizując niekorzystne skutki konwencjonalnego krążenia pozaustrojowego. Najczęstszym wskazaniem do zastosowania technologii MiECC jest pomostowanie naczyń wieńcowych u pacjentów z przeciwwskazaniami do użycia standardowego krążenia pozaustrojowego oraz przeciwwskazaniami do wykonywania tej operacji bez użycia krążenia.
