Strefa miokardium zagrożona zawałem
Streszczenie
Strefa zagrożona zawałem (AAR) stanowi obszar mięśnia serca objętego niedokrwieniem w trakcie toczącej się ostrej fazy zawału. Strefa zagrożona zawałem nie jest tożsama ze strefą zawału. Ponieważ wielkość AAR zależy od miejsca okluzji, nie mamy na nią wpływu. W obrębie AAR wskutek zastosowanego postępowania terapeutycznego i/lub aktywacji czynnościowych lub anatomicznych mechanizmów ochronnych najczęściej nie dochodzi do całkowitej martwicy. Strefa miokardium, która zachowuje żywotność w obrębie AAR stanowi miokardium uratowane przed martwicą (SM). Niniejsze opracowanie przedstawia możliwości obrazowania AAR i SM, czynniki wpływające na wielkość uratowanego miokardium, jak również znaczenie kliniczne obu powyższych parametrów.
