Rozpoznanie anomalii tętnic wieńcowych w badaniu echokardiograficznym — objaw RAC
Streszczenie
Coronary artery anomalies occur in approximately 1% of adult patients. In terms of clinical significance, they are divided into benign and malignant variants. An example of a benign anomaly is the origin of the circumflex branch of the left coronary artery from the right sinus of Valsalva, which can be diagnosed in transthoracic echocardiography, where it may manifest itself as a RAC sign. RAC sign is specific and visually easy to identify indicator of the mentioned defect. In this study, based on clinical case report, the characteristics of this symptom were presented along with additional images supporting the diagnosis and factors influencing the determination of the significance of the diagnosed pathology.
