Streszczenie
Risk stratification is crucial in the choice of treatment in myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) patients. Recently the impact of somatic gene mutations have been demonstrated in several studies. In 2022 International Molecular Prognostic Score, including gene mutations was developed. On last American Society of Hematology Congress in 2022 two studies have been reported confirming utility of mentioned index.
