Abstract

The purpose of this article is to show a positive role of sport in the process of forming self-identity and improving the quality of life in this way. On basis of the example of our patient’s way of life we have illustrated huge difficulties of seeking self-identity and the role of an active and regular lifestyle in achieving wellness.
