Abstract

Physiotherapy is an important part of a comprehensive symptom management in patients receiving palliative care. It helps to reduce the intensity of many symptoms that significantly lower patients’ quality of life. In this article the author presents a case of an advanced cancer patient whose lymphedema and myofascial pain were successfully treated with physiotherapy.
