The "Ophthalmology Journal" is a new open access, peer-reviewed, scientific publication created by German and Polish experts in the field, directed to the international community of ophthalmologists. The Journal welcomes submission of original research reporting clinical observations and laboratory investigations with clinical relevance. Editors will also accept case reports, up to date reviews, editorials, education articles, letters and other relevant manuscripts that relate to the sense of sight, especially these describing new diagnostic and surgical techniques, also instrument and therapy updates. Manuscripts covering regional issues should also address a global context.
Submission and publication are free of charge for the authors.
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
