Streszczenie
Rozwój technik diagnostyki molekularnej i zastosowanie leków ukierunkowanych na poszczególne zaburzenia genetyczne stanowi istotny przełom w leczeniu nowotworów. Sekwencjonowanie następnej generacji (NGS) umożliwia ocenę wielu markerów genetycznych oraz wielu klas mutacji w jednym badaniu i z jednej porcji materiału tkankowego lub komórkowego. Niniejsza praca jest przeglądem aktualnych wskazań i wartości wykonywania badań NGS oraz możliwości zastosowania leków ukierunkowanych molekularnie w poszczególnych nowotworach. Przedstawiono również rekomendacje ekspertów Grupy Precyzyjnej Onkologii ESMO z uwzględnieniem skali przydatności klinicznej obserwowanych zaburzeń genetycznych.
Streszczenie
Rozwój technik diagnostyki molekularnej i zastosowanie leków ukierunkowanych na poszczególne zaburzenia genetyczne stanowi istotny przełom w leczeniu nowotworów. Niniejsza praca jest przeglądem aktualnych wskazań i wartości wykonywania badań NGS oraz możliwości zastosowania leków ukierunkowanych molekularnie w poszczególnych nowotworach. Przedstawiono również rekomendacje ekspertów Grupy Precyzyjnej Onkologii ESMO z uwzględnieniem skali przydatności klinicznej obserwowanych zaburzeń genetycznych.
