Terapia chorych z przerzutowym HER2-dodatnim rakiem piersi

Streszczenie

Leczenie chorych z zaawansowanym HER2-dodatnim rakiem piersi stanowi poważne wyzwanie. Nowoczesne metody terapeutyczne przyczyniają się do poprawy wyników leczenia poprzez wydłużenie czasu do progresji choroby, zwiększenie czasu całkowitego przeżycia i poprawę jakości życia. 

Niniejsze stanowisko podsumowuje praktyczne opcje terapeutyczne dla chorych z zaawansowanym HER2- dodatnim rakiem piersi, biorąc pod uwagę określone scenariusze: szybko i wolno postępującą chorobę, raka z przerzutami do ośrodkowego układu nerwowego i opon mózgowych, a także leczenie chorych w zaawansowanym wieku.
