Abstract

In report authors show possibility minimal invasive treatment of pseudoaneurysm distal anastomosis femoropopliteal by-pass in 81 years patient with many risk factors. Patient was treated with peripheral stent-graft implantation. Because of endoleak thrombin was injection direct to aneurysm obtaining obliteration of his cavity. Endovascular treatment is a promising alternative to treat complications such as peripheral artery pseudoaneurysm especially in high risk patients.
