Abstract
In this paper we present the knowledge about etiology,symptoms and clinical importance of vascular changes inchronic renal failure patients undergoing hemodialysistherapy. The results of clinical studies indicate that artherosclerosisas well as arterial calcifications associated withexcess mortality in hemodialysis patients.
