Abstract

In addition to pharmacological treatment compliance with rules of proper diet plays a significant role in management of hypertension.
Adequate supply of calcium and magnesium with sodium restriction in a high potassium diet is effective and safe method of gaining reduction of hypertension. Appropriate knowledge and determination of a patient is another factor that influences treatment effects.
