Diagnostyka schorzeń nerek i układu moczowego u dzieci i młodzieży - wybrane zagadnienia
Forum Nefrologiczne 2010;3(1):51-56.
Abstract
Nowoczesna diagnostyka chorób nerek i układu moczowego
u dzieci obejmuje szeroki zakres badań
czynnościowych, obrazowych, molekularnych i genetycznych.
Służą one nie tylko wykrywaniu określonych
chorób, ale także monitorowaniu ich leczenia,
przewidywaniu zagrożenia rozwojem przewlekłej
choroby nerek i jej wielonarządowych odległych skutków. Postęp w tej dziedzinie i stałe poszukiwanie
bardziej czułych, swoistych, a zarazem mniej
inwazyjnych technik diagnostycznych przyczyniają
się do podwyższenia standardu opieki nefrologicznej
u dzieci.
