Abstract

A large group of psychiatrists and psychologists working in outpatient psychiatric care are convinced that they work all alone, on their own terms, for own account. Part of professionals report specific loneliness in the diagnostic and therapeutic processes. Probably among the most important factors influencing the perception of his role are personal predispositions and previous professional experiences. However, the authors of this article wish to deepen the specifics of outpatient work, as well as to deal with stereotypes describing counseling outpatient psychiatry.
