Abstract

Medical jurisdiction about long-term disability is one of the most common aspects of every day medical practice. Knowledge about medical law is physicians’ duty not only to insured patients but also to Social Insurance Institution. The article gives legislative and practical aspects of medical jurisdiction especially in mental disorders.
