Abstract

Systemic connective tissue diseases are a group of illnesses with autoimmune base. Neuropsychiatric manifestations are appearing with the frequency 30–80%. The psychopathological demonstration of rheumatoid diseases includes the mood disorders, anxiety, sleep disorders, psychosis, conscious, cognitive and behavioral disorders. Nosogenesis of systemic connective tissue diseases is still folded, and requires further research
