Ból w urazowych uszkodzeniach splotu ramiennego – część II: metody leczenia.
Streszczenie
Walka z bólem stanowi jeden z ważnych aspektów leczenia następstw urazowych uszkodzeń splotu ramiennego. Nasilone dolegliwości bólowe stanowią istotną pr zeszkodę w procesie usprawniania pacjenta i mogą wpływać na ost ateczną sprawność funkcjonalną kończyny górnej. W pracy przedstawiono współczesne poglądy na temat terapii przeciwbólowej w urazowych uszkodzeniach splotu ramiennego. Wskazano na możliwości leczenia zachowawczego, głównie farmakologicznego oraz podano zasady jego prowadzenia. Ponadto przedstawiono stosowane techniki inwazyjne (neuromodulacja, ablacja), podkreślając konieczność wyboru odpowiedniej metody w zależności od typu bólu (ból stały lub napadowy) oraz stanu funkcjonalnego kończyny górnej. Zasygnalizowano również znaczenie mikrochirurgicznych zabiegów naprawczych splotu ramiennego, jako drogi do złagodzenia dolegliwości bólowych oraz omówiono wskazania do coraz rzadziej stosowanej amputacji kończyny górnej.
