Bóle głowy związane z napadem padaczkowym — kryteria rozpoznania

Streszczenie
Bóle głowy stanowią istotny problem wśród populacji pacjentów z padaczką. W zależności od okresu ich występowania dzielimy je na bóle głowy międzynapadowe i okołonapadowe. Kryterium podziału okołonapadowych bólów głowy jest czasowa zależność ich występowania w stosunku do napadu padaczkowego. W artykule przedstawiono najnowsze kryteria diagnostyczne bólów głowy przypisanych napadom padaczkowym, stworzone przez Międzynarodowe Towarzystwo Bólów Głowy. Scharakteryzowano również wszystkie typy okołonapadowych bólów głowy, zarówno te zawarte w trzeciej, najnowszej Międzynarodowej Klasyfikacji Bólów Głowy, jak i te, których w tej klasyfikacji nie wyszczególniono.
