Przewlekłe limfocytarne zapalenie mostu i móżdżku (CLIPPERS) — opis przypadku
Streszczenie
Zespół przewlekłego limfocytarnego zapalenia mostu i móżdżku (CLIPPERS, chronic lymphocytic inflammation with pontine perivascular enhancement responsive to steroids) jest bardzo rzadkim schorzeniem zapalnym ośrodkowego układu nerwowego o nieustalonej etiologii. Schorzenie to charakteryzuje się podostrym przebiegiem, różnorodnym obrazem klinicznym w wyniku zajęcia pnia mózgu, nerwów czaszkowych i/lub móżdżku oraz bardzo dobrą odpowiedzią na leczenie glikokortykosteroidami. Autorzy przedstawili przypadek kobiety w wieku 34 lat, u której na podstawie obrazu klinicznego oraz badań pomocniczych rozpoznano zespół CLIPPERS.
