Abstract
It is a case of 35 year-old woman with arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy, who was without any clinical
symptoms of the disease, but she had a family history of sudden cardiac death of her twin sister. This was a reason for initiate
a wide diagnostic process in our patient.
