Abstract
We describe 2 patients with arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy (ARVD): 58 year-old female and 48 year-old
man. Both patients presented with echocardiographic features typical for ARVD and impaired systolic left ventricular
function. Both patients had symptoms resembling acute coronary syndrome and received cardioverter-defibrillator due to
recurrent sustained ventricular tachycardia.
