Abstract
The article presents the case of a patient treated with implantable cardioverter-defibrillator, in whom an additional lead
(integrated bipolar) was implanted because of the damage to the ventricular lead. Interactions between the electrodes led to
detection disturbances. The patient required the removal of the non-functional lead.
