Abstract
A 45 year-old woman was admitted to the hospital because of severe chest pain. Based on the results of troponin testing and
ECG she was diagnosed as having acute coronary syndrome and was transferred to the cath lab. However, her coronary
arteries were normal. In this paper a detailed analysis of the ECG was performed.
