Abstract
Acquired pulmonary stenosis is rare. When it occurs, it usually results from compression of pulmonary artery or heart by
a mediastinal tumours. Because these masses rarely cause compression, that produces murmurs, it’s hard to make proper
diagnosis. We describe a 44 year-old woman with acquired pulmonary stenosis due to Hodgkin’s lymphoma.
