Streszczenie
Systemowe leczenie uzupełniające czerniaka w III lub IV stopniu zaawansowania po radykalnej resekcji jest obecnie standardem postępowania. Zarejestrowane opcje terapeutyczne to ipilimumab, niwolumab, pembrolizumab oraz dabrafenib i trametynib (dla pacjentów z mutacją BRAF V600). Wybór terapii uzupełniającej w grupie chorych z mutacją BRAF V600 jest oparty na kryteriach klinicznych. Wszystkie powyższe leki stosowane w leczeniu uzupełniającym istotnie wpływają na zmniejszenie ryzyka nawrotu choroby.
Streszczenie
Systemowe leczenie uzupełniające czerniaka w III lub IV stopniu zaawansowania po radykalnej resekcji jest obecnie standardem postępowania. Zarejestrowane opcje terapeutyczne to ipilimumab, niwolumab, pembrolizumab oraz dabrafenib i trametynib (dla pacjentów z mutacją BRAF V600). Wybór terapii uzupełniającej w grupie chorych z mutacją BRAF V600 jest oparty na kryteriach klinicznych. Wszystkie powyższe leki stosowane w leczeniu uzupełniającym istotnie wpływają na zmniejszenie ryzyka nawrotu choroby.
