Streszczenie
W erze medycyny precyzyjnej nowe cele zlokalizowane na powierzchni komórek nowotworów neuroendokrynnych wykorzystano do terapii radioligandowej (RLT). W ciągu ostatnich 2 dekad udowodniono, że RLT, wcześniej określana jako peptydowa receptorowa terapia radionuklidowa jest skuteczną i bezpieczną opcją terapeutyczną u chorych na zaawansowane, nieresekcyjne, często progresujące, dobrze zróżnicowane guzy neuroendokrynne. Na podstawie wyników NETTER-1 — jedynego jak do tej pory badania III fazy z randomizacją, ustanowiono RLT z użyciem 177Lu-DOTATATE „złotym standardem” w leczeniu chorych na przerzutowe lub miejscowo zaawansowane, dobrze zróżnicowane, wykazujące ekspresję receptora somatostatynowego, progresujące nowotwory neuroendokrynne.
Streszczenie
