Leczenie pembrolizumabem skojarzonym z radioterapią stereotaktyczną w przypadku zaawansowanego czerniaka skóry głowy
Streszczenie
W niniejszej pracy przedstawiono opis przypadku chorego na czerniaka skóry głowy, który przez trzy lata był leczony pembrolizumabem z powodu przerzutów do węzłów chłonnych, tkanki podskórnej i płuc. Trzykrotnie stwierdzono progresję choroby o ograniczonej objętości, ale dzięki zastosowaniu leczenia miejscowego w postaci radioterapii stereotaktycznej chory kontynuował immunoterapię z bardzo dobrym efektem klinicznym. Długotrwała stabilizacja choroby pozwoliła na wstrzymanie terapii systemowej i poddanie chorego aktywnej obserwacji.
