Leczenie chirurgiczne niedrobnokomórkowego raka płuca w skojarzeniu z immunoterapią

Streszczenie
Leczenie chirurgiczne raka płuca jest nadal terapią z wyboru u chorych z rozpoznaniem wczesnego niedrobnokomórkowego raka płuca. Chemioterapia neoadjuwantowa i adjuwantowa jest stosowana u chorych w II i III stopniu zaawansowania w skojarzeniu z leczeniem chirurgicznym. Rola leczenia immunoterapią w skojarzeniu z leczeniem chirurgicznym jest nadal przedmiotem badań klinicznych. W artykule dokonano krótkiego przeglądu aktualnych badań klinicznych z użyciem immunoterapii z leczeniem chirurgicznym wczesnego niedrobnokomórkowego raka płuca.
