Leczenie przeciwkrzepliwe przed zabiegami endoskopowymi — praktyczny przewodnik

Streszczenie
Procedury endoskopowe wykonywane u pacjentów leczonych przeciwkrzepliwie wymagają odpowiedniego
postepowania okołozabiegowego. Z jednej strony utrzymanie leczenia przeciwkrzepliwego przed zabiegiem może zwiększać ryzyko krwawienia, a z drugiej strony odstawienie leczenia przeciwkrzepliwego może zwiększać ryzyko wystąpienia powikłań zakrzepowo-zatorowych. Postępowanie okołozabiegowe jest zindywidualizowane i wymaga oceny ryzyka zakrzepowo- zatorowego, ryzyka krwawienia związanego z rodzajem endoskopii, funkcji nerek oraz rodzaju stosowanego leczenia.
