Fizjoterapia w chorobach jelit z szczególnym uwzględnieniem postępowania w chorobie uchyłkowej jelita grubego — przegląd piśmiennictwa

Streszczenie
Choroba uchyłkowa jelita grubego (diverticular disease) występuje powszechnie. Uchyłki mogą występować na przebiegu całej okrężnicy w różnej postaci. Najpoważniejszym powikłaniem choroby uchyłkowej jest perforacja uchyłka lub zapalenie uchyłków. Celem niniejszego opracowania jest uwzględnienie możliwości zastosowania metod manualnych w terapii choroby uchyłkowej jelita grubego.
Dokonano przeglądu piśmiennictwa, głównie z lat 1990–2024. Piśmiennictwo było wyszukiwane przy użyciu baz danych PubMed, EBSCO oraz Google Scholar. Zastosowano następujące słowa kluczowe: choroba uchyłkowa, uchyłkowatość, fizjoterapia, terapia manualna, jelito grube, gastroenterologia.
Przegląd piśmiennictwa wykazał, iż literatura dotycząca choroby uchyłkowej jelita grubego jest bardzo obszerna. Niestety, wśród dostępnych opracowań brakuje informacji dotyczących zastosowania fizjoterapii w chorobie
uchyłkowej jelita grubego. Mimo obszernej literatury o chorobie uchyłkowej jelita grubego temat możliwości fizjoterapii w tej jednostce jest zagadnieniem dotychczas nieeksplorowanym.
