Abstract

Localized Darier’s disease is a rare variant of the disorder, charaterized by limited extent of the skin lesions as well as the absence of ungual and mucosal changes. We present a case of an 83-year-old man with cutaneous plaques and papules in the sacral area diagnosed as a localized Darier’s disease.
