Przydatność doustnych antykoagulantów niebędących antagonistami witaminy K w leczeniu żylnej choroby zakrzepowo-zatorowej — wskazówki wyboru sposobu doustnego leczenia

Streszczenie
Pacjenci z żylną chorobą zakrzepowo-zatorową wymagają przewlekłego, często bezterminowego leczenia przeciwkrzepliwego. Leczenie to może być prowadzone za pomocą heparyn drobnocząsteczkowych lub antykoagulantów doustnych. Wśród tych ostatnich przez wiele lat standardem było stosowanie antagonistów witaminy K. Dostępne obecnie doustne leki przeciwzakrzepowe, niebędące antagonistami witaminy K (NOAC), udowodniły swoją skuteczność i bezpieczeństwo w wielu badaniach klinicznych. Mogą być dobrą alternatywą dla terapii standardowej. Niniejsza praca zawiera wskazówki ich zastosowania w zależności od profilu ryzyka pacjenta.
