Streszczenie
Przedstawiono opis przypadku zagrażającego życiu stanu nagłego u 21-letniego pacjenta, jakim jest nadciśnienie złośliwe powikłane ostrym uszkodzeniem nerek i mikroangiopatią zakrzepową.
