Podsumowanie roku 2019 w niewydolności serca z obniżoną frakcją wyrzutową lewej komory

Streszczenie
W niewydolności serca ostatnie lata to czas innowacyjnych terapii. Opublikowanie wyników nowych badań klinicznych spowodowało konieczność usystematyzowania wiedzy i sformułowania praktycznych wskazówek opartych na EBM pochodzących z dużych badań, które zakończyły się po ostatnich wytycznych z 2016 roku dotyczących postępowania w niewydolności serca. Z tego powodu w ubiegłym roku opracowano konsensus ekspertów Asocjacji Niewydolności Serca Europejskiego Towarzystwa Kardiologicznego. Niniejszy artykuł przedstawia najważniejsze zagadnienia dotyczące niewydolności serca z obniżoną frakcją wyrzutową lewej komory wraz z komentarzem do opublikowanego konsensusu.
