Abstract

A case of 67years old male after cardiosurgical AVR (1999y) and recently done PCI RCA with stent DES (10.2017y) with recurring atypical atrial fluttering resistant to farmacological therapy and electrical cardioversions. A description of diagnostic step by step and invasive treatment in patient with multiple risk factors of cardio-vascular incidents.
