Problem niedoboru lekarzy — czy jest na to remedium?

Streszczenie

Niedobór lekarzy w Polsce stał się ostatnio poważnym problemem dla systemu opieki zdrowotnej. To negatywne zjawisko
jest jednak wynikiem wielu czynników, które występowały od wielu lat i wciąż stanowią problem systemowy. Niedobór
ten oznacza dalsze komplikacje dla systemu opieki zdrowotnej, powodując poważne zagrożenie dla bezpieczeństwa
pacjentów i ciągłości procesu świadczenia usług zdrowotnych. Niewątpliwie źródła obecnego kryzysu można zidentyfikować, jednak remedium jest wątpliwe.
