Idiopatyczne migotanie komór u 30-letniego mężczyzny – opis przypadku

Łukasz Rekść, Beata Wożakowska-Kapłon
Folia Cardiologica 2016;11(6):557-561.

Streszczenie

Spośród arytmii komorowych migotanie komór (VF) pozostaje najgroźniejszą formą zaburzeń rytmu, prowadzącą do nagłego zatrzymania krążenia (SCA). Mimo stosowania rozwiniętych technik biologii molekularnej i zaleceń wykonywania badań autopsyjnych u młodych osób zmarłych w sposób nagły, nadal nawet połowa incydentów SCA u tych osób pozostaje niewyjaśniona. W niniejszej pracy przedstawiono ścieżkę diagnostyczną i sposób postępowania na podstawie algorytmów odpowiednich wytycznych postępowania, z uwzględnieniem realiów polskiego systemu ochrony zdrowia.
