Streszczenie

Omdlenia odruchowe należą do najczęściej występujących w praktyce klinicznej. W większości przypadków ich przebieg jest łagodny i nie wymagają istotnych interwencji terapeutycznych. Problem stanowią omdlenia nawracające, z urazami i krótką fazą objawów prodromalnych, związane zwykle z istotną komponentą kardiodepresyjną. Jedna z metod ich leczenia to implantacja układu stymulującego serce. Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie dotychczasowej wiedzy na ten temat.
