Abstract

Przedstawiono opis 59-letniego pacjenta hospitalizowanego z powodu zawału serca z uniesieniem odcinka ST, u którego we wczesnym okresie pozawałowym stwierdzono skrzeplinę w koniuszku lewej komory.
