Acute kidney injury and thrombotic microangiopathy caused by malignant hypertension in a 21-year-old patient

Abstract

We present a case of a severe cardiovascular emergency in a 21-year-old patient — malignant hypertension complicated by acute kidney injury and thrombotic microangiopathy.
