Potencjalna rola Helicobacter pylori i innych czynników dysbiozy jelitowej w rozwoju trądziku różowatego
Streszczenie
Trądzik różowaty jest przewlekłą chorobą zapalną, która objawia się rumieniem, teleangiektazjami, grudkami lub krostami. Mechanizm powstawania choroby wciąż nie został w pełni wyjaśniony. Wzrasta liczba badań i doniesień potwierdzających korzystny wpływ eradykacji Helicobacter pylori na przebieg choroby. Uznano, że bakteria ta prowadzi do aktywacji zapalnej odpowiedzi immunologicznej, co skutkuje indukcją objawów podobnych do trądziku różowatego. Inna teza sugeruje ścisły związek pomiędzy osią jelita–mózg–skóra, wpływającą na prawidłową mikroflorę i zdrowie jelit, a chorobami dermatologicznymi. Stwierdzono korelacje między trądzikiem różowatym a zwiększoną częstością występowania choroby Leśniowskiego–Crohna, wrzodziejącego zapalenia jelita grubego i zespołu jelita drażliwego.
