Abstract

INTRODUCTION. Balneology and Physical Medicine Department is keeping microcirculation research by laser-Doppler flowmetry. There is taking up standardization methods to make better laser-Doppler tests. The aim of this article is to work out and estimate of outcome, also to remember important role of diagnostic of microcirculation with prognosis diabetes compilation.
MATERIAL AND METHOD. There were analyzed 74 patients at all. The patients were divided into 3 groups; C1 (n = 16) — diabetic type 1, C2 (n = 38) - diabetic type 2, K (n= 20) - control group. There was made methodology and technique of research and was verified individual parameters. All researches derived from Balneology Hospital in Ciechocinek. All patients were analyzed 9 parameters also in rest, during occlusion test and during hyperemia test. To our measurement used one pointed laser and PIM II Program made Perimed Company. The measurements was made in two points of a big toe on the left foot (the top of a big toe and beneath nail).
RESULTS. There was analyzed increase or decrease vales of individual parameters in both group of diabetic patients relative of the control group. There was observed also lower (top of the toe) and higher (beneath the nail) values of biological zero during occlusion test in both diabetic groups relative of the control group. Our observation was compared with outcome others.
CONCLUSION 1. There was observed worse reaction hyperemia of microcirculation in both diabetic groups which have had longer time of hyperemia reaction. 2. Differences in rest flow and worse hyperemia reaction in both diabetic groups can testify about functional changes of microcirculation.
