Abstract

INTRODUCTION. The aim of this investigation was to designate own standards of microcirculation parameters. Despite of lack of credible standards in polish science we assessed nine microcirculation parameters in healthy subject.
MATERIAL AND METHODS. There were analyzed 40 young people (80 measurements), 27 men and 13 women were involved, mean age was 24.6 (SD 7.1). The subject fold up healthy volunteers main students. There was made methodology analyzes and investigated particular parameters. In everyone was designated 9 parameters in the rest, during occlusion test and after finishing it. We used one pointed scanner PIM II version, Perimed, Sweden. We investigated 2 limbs in everyone on the top of big toe.
RESULTS. In the table are mean values parameters with standard deviation and range of the norms.
CONCLUSIONS. Among 9 designated parameters statistical powerful was: RF, BZ, maximal hyperemia MAX, TM, TH and BZ/RF indicator. Designated standards for one pointed scanner method can be use in practice and diagnostic and are reference to patients with microcirculatory disturbances.
