Role of metabolic disorders and coexisting inflammatory process in etiopatogenesis of vascular endothelial dysfunction in patients with type 2 diabetes
Diabetologia Praktyczna 2010;11(5):173-180.
Abstract
There is a dramatic increase in the number and
seriousness of casus of type 2 diabetes in the world.
It often has an asymptomatic onset, at the moment
of diagnosis around 50% of patients already suffer
from organs complications. Long lasting hyperglycemia
causes damage vessels. Albuminuria is
a marker of general damage to the vascular endothelial.
Metabolic disorders have influence to
confirms albuminuria by way of a effect of “glucotoxicity”,
as and coexisting inflammatory process.
Inhibition excessive activation VEGF, NF-kB, as well
as estimate CRP and IL-6 concentration in the blood
in type 2 diabetes patients may in contribute to the
development of modern therapeutic methods, which
can lead to the reduction of the risk of chronic
complications as the prevalence and mortality rate
of cardio-vascular disorders in this patients. (Diabet.
