Role of metabolic disorders and coexisting inflammatory process in etiopatogenesis of vascular endothelial dysfunction in patients with type 2 diabetes

Abstract

There is a dramatic increase in the number and seriousness of casus of type 2 diabetes in the world. It often has an asymptomatic onset, at the moment of diagnosis around 50% of patients already suffer from organs complications. Long lasting hyperglycemia causes damage vessels. Albuminuria is a marker of general damage to the vascular endothelial. Metabolic disorders have influence to confirms albuminuria by way of a effect of “glucotoxicity”, as and coexisting inflammatory process. Inhibition excessive activation VEGF, NF-kB, as well as estimate CRP and IL-6 concentration in the blood in type 2 diabetes patients may in contribute to the development of modern therapeutic methods, which can lead to the reduction of the risk of chronic complications as the prevalence and mortality rate of cardio-vascular disorders in this patients.
