Incretin-like effect of metformin

Abstract
The role of metformin is very important on every stage
of therapy of type 2 diabetes. Among mechanismas
of its action important is inkretin-like effect. This effect
bases on reduction of the resistance of beta cell
against GLP-1, what is probably determined
