Abstract

In the paper 2 cases of recurrent abdominal aortic aneurysm after subrenal aortic aneurysmectomy 4 and 6 years after subrenal aneurysmectomy were described. Due to an increasing diameter and pain complaints the patients were qualified for surgery. The postoperative course was uncmplicated. The authores emphasized the role of control examinations (US, CT, MRI) in patients after aortic aneurysmectomy.
