Abstract

This paper presented patient treated for tumor of left epigastrium. During the operation tumor of kidney was found. Histopatological examination developed two completely different types of neoplasm (sarcomatoid renal cell carcinoma and transitional cell carcinoma of ureter) located in kidney and ureter. Concomitantion of this two type neoplasm in urinary system is very rare.
