Abstract

This report presents authors latest experience in the operative treatment of patients with thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysms. Six patients treated between Jan 2003 and May 2005 are presented. Surgical technique and results of the treatment were described. In a short discussion authors stress the role of surgical experience. New possibilities of minimally invasive treatment are mentioned. Individualization of treatment is emphasized.
